I searched high and low for someone to install an irrigation system at my house on Whidbey Island. There is literally not a single company on the island. Budget estimates are discussed, but final pricing is provided once the plan is finalized.

Step 3: Detailed Proposal & Timeline

Once the landscape plan is approved, Proscapes provides a detailed bid, including material and labor costs, along with a proposed timeline and target completion date. The timeline outlines key milestones to keep the project on track. If delays occur, such as weather issues or plan changes, any schedule adjustments are communicated.
