During this meeting, Proscapes provides a realistic budget estimate and initial ideas. Ideally, the winter services consultation includes a walk-through of the property to evaluate factors like soil, plants, lighting, and topography.

Step 2: Tailored Design Planning

Once you commit to moving forward, Proscapes creates a detailed sketch, including design elements like hardscapes, irrigation, plant selections, and other features. We may present multiple options for consideration depending on your specific needs. After reviewing the sketch with you, any desired adjustments are noted. Budget estimates are discussed, but final pricing is provided once the plan is finalized.

Step 3: Detailed Proposal & Timeline

Once the landscape plan is approved, Proscapes provides a detailed bid, including material and labor costs, along with a proposed timeline and target completion date. The timeline outlines key milestones to keep the project on track. If delays occur, such as weather issues or plan changes, any schedule adjustments are communicated. While some flexibility is built in, Proscapes aims to complete projects on schedule 90% of the time.
