A well-designed patio brings your indoor life to the great outdoors with nights around a fire, outdoor dinners and fun social gatherings. At Proscapes, we can incorporate a variety of features into your patio design that add beauty and the functional value you choose. From waterfalls and seat walls to the perfect outdoor lighting that illuminates the surrounding landscape, your patio can be designed around your personal style and preferences.
A driveway is an important part of your landscape because it’s typically the entry point to your property and what visitors see first. If you’re considering a new driveway, we’ll work with you to ensure that the new design matches your home’s architecture while incorporating new features that update your curb appeal. Based on the available area, you’ll want to consider the width and shape of the driveway and the material to pave your driveway. (See materials information below.) Lastly, you may want to select other features such as new plants and lighting to help make that lasting first impression.
Does your landscape include a path that directs foot traffic around flower beds or garden areas? We can create an inviting path or walkway that guides your visitors on a stroll through your property. You determine the impression you want to make, graceful or dramatic, and we’ll help you choose the right design and materials. (See materials information below.) Whether you need a simple walkway to serve as an entrance to your home or a long walkway that leads to your gardens, pool or patio, Proscapes can design and install the solution that works with your landscape.
Choose from a Variety of Materials
We work with a variety of materials in constructing patios, driveways, path and walkways. You can choose from a vast array of natural stones, paver stones and decorative and stamped concrete. Each have unique benefits. For example, natural stone or flagstone provides a textured feel and a natural geometry as opposed to the more uniform look of paver stones. Paver stones are visually appealing and you have numerous different interlocking designs to choose from. They are also beneficial to the environment. Unlike concrete which is poured in one slab, interlocking pavers have edges between them and a porous material in between that allows rainwater to drain directly into the ground.
A newer design option is decorative or stamped concrete which brings color and pattern into the application of concrete. You can see examples of our work with this newer process in our Photo Gallery where you’ll see a rich combination of color and decorative patterns.
